Items are shipped within 1-3 working days when in stock. For international orders 
delivery time should be between 5-10 working days.

Customers can send back the product within 7 days with information of reason for return
(postal costs payed by customer) . A refund can be issued after the product is fully checked
by us and if found to be at fault. The product must be in it's original condition and with
original parts intact. Please include the order reference number.

If the Buyer fails to return in acceptable condition and with reason for return within
7 days the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Where returned
Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable
for the cost of remedying such damage

Returns can not be arranged for accidental breakages (e.g.,accidental,intentional,postal errors)
or damage caused by dripping e liquid onto the atomiser. When returning items, it is advisable
to obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post or
provide exchanges for items claimed lost in the post.

Undelivered or lost items.

If for some reason your items are not delivered by Royal Mail after 15 days and are
confirmed as lost, we can make a claim on your behalf. After Royal Mail contact you
to confirm non-delivery we can then send the items again, or issue a full refund.

responsible for goods lost in the post or provide exchanges for items claimed lost in the post.

Atomisers and Rechargable Batteries are made to the highest quality, however, if used incorrectly
performance may deteriorate. Many users of electronic cigarettes carry spare Atomizers and Batteries.
Rechargable batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-proccessors and should be
stored carefully. It is not adviseable to keep them beside metallic or magnatised objects.
