Atomiser

The atomiser will gain in power and performance once it breaks in, this can happen very quickly or take a day or two.

Sometimes the atomizer may become blocked, try unscrewing it with the cartridge still attached and blow quickly through the metal threaded end once or twice. Another method is removing the cartridge from the atomizer (while still attached to the battery) and
blowing on the LED end of the battery. This will producevapour/smokefrom the atomizer. Do this for about about 5 seconds as the atomizer cleans itself. If there is liquid or moisture around the atomiser, then clean around the sides with a soft cloth but do not
touch the tip. If there are any strands of material on the tip then pull them away with your fingers. The atomiser can get quite hot
if you keep using a cartridge that is dry or needs replacing, extended use like this can damage it.

Cartridges: General

Q. How long do I use each cartridge for before it needs changing?

A. It really depends on individual smoking habits, if you are a light user then obviously they will last longer. Some people use 1 a
day, or more if they have been heavy smokers of real cigarettes. If you feel that there is less taste, and less nicotine, then it's
time to change it. If the cartridge appears to be finished or producing less vapour it can still be used for a while longer. You can
get more vapour and flavour from the cartridge by pulling it out from the atomiser, turning slightly, then clipping it back in.

Tip: When a cartridge seems less effective try fully charging the battery.

Battery care and charging

In order to avoid a short circuit try not to place batteries next to mobile phones or live electrical equipment. Do not place metal
objects into the threaded screw end. The batteries come with a slight charge and can be used right away, however it is best to
give them a full charge of between 4 - 6 hours. The charger will turn to green to indicate a full charge sooner than this, but keep
it going for at least 4 hours! Normal charging is much quicker but it is still beneficial to leave them plugged in for a while after the
light turns green. After a full charge, The 89 and battery will last for approximately 1 day with normal use or longer with light use.
The 84mm battery will not last as long due to it's size. If you carry 2 batteriesthen you can always have one charged, while using
the other.

Poor performance fixes

Make sure the battery is charged. Clean the atomiser. Check the cartridge, if it is over used and dry then replace it with a new one.

Charging the 510 battery:

Drop the battery into the right hand socket of the charger case (PCC), making sure the battery button aligns with groove in the socket. Close the lid of the PCC, the lower light (B) will show green.

Charging the PCC:

To charge the PCC attach the mains lead to the charger then plug into the mains (use adaptor) or computer (USB).

PCC indicator lights:

The PCC has two indicator lights, top (A) and lower (B). (A) The light shows red when the case unit is charging, it will go out after the unit is fully charged (3 - 4 hours).(B) The light will show green when the e cig battery is charging.

Screw the atomiser (b) into the battery ( c), then push the cartridge (a) into the atomiser (b). Press the manual battery switch one second before starting to draw and release one second before ending your draw. Do not hold the button down for more than five seconds as this may reduce the atomizer life.

If the cartridge appears to be finished or producing less vapour it can still be used for a while longer. You can get more vapour and flavour from the cartridge by pulling it out from the atomiser, turning slightly, then clipping it back in. Also, the cartridge can be topped up using E-Liquid. In general the battery charge will differ depending on how much you use it, for a light user this can be up to 200 puffs before recharging, most users will carry a spare battery.
